The healthier and convenient alternative to tampons and pads which saves you money too.
Tampons can cause dryness and leave fibres behind. The MCUK respects your natural balance.
Holding 3 x more than a regular tampon and non-absorbent, you only need the one MCUK- for lighter or heavier days. No bulky spares to carry or used products to dispose of.
One MCUK menstrual cup lasts for years, and costs the same as you would spend on disposables in 6-8 months.
For our World
Made to last for years, the MCUK menstrual cup is an easy way to dramatically reduce the waste you produce.
Each one of us uses around 11,000 disposable sanitary products in a lifetime, which end up in the sea or landfill. Regardless of flow, you only need one MCUK.
Registered by the Vegan Society.
Ocean Conservation volunteers collected 27,938 used tampons and applicators on our world’s beaches on a single day (International Coastal Cleanup, 2013).

What is the MCUK?
Mooncup is the original, soft, medical-grade silicone menstrual cup designed by women as the convenient, safe and eco-friendly alternative to tampons and pads. In the USA, the Mooncup is known as MCUK.
Tried and trusted since 2002 by users around the world, the Mooncup menstrual cup offers an end to the waste, discomfort and expense of disposable sanitary protection.
Why MCUK? It’s pretty simple really. We haven’t been able to deliver Mooncups to the USA because another company registered our brand name before we did.
Over the years, we had so many requests for the Mooncup menstrual cup from women in the USA that we decided to create a version of the Mooncup especially for USA residents: the MCUK (which stands for Mooncup UK, an abbreviation suggested by the online menstrual cup forums who had been following the story). It’s available exclusively to folk in the USA from this website.
You will be pleased to hear, however, that the MCUK is exactly the same as the Mooncup in all but the name!
‘I love my menstrual cup! I hate using tampons, they always feel uncomfortable, and they shift and leave me feeling dry…’
